Yes, testing has been undertaking (reports are available) (fire burnt out after 1hr 50min)
Is the bunding fire-rated, and what is its fire resistance?
Yes, the bunding has undergone fire resistance testing, with reports available upon request. The fire was fully extinguished after 1 hour and 50 minutes during testing.
How are structures and cable entries managed in bunds?
We use adaptable collars or chimneys, which can be welded into the bund. Mechanical systems are also applied to ensure a complete seal. A survey or inspection will be conducted to assess viability and ensure optimal installation.
Can Entexol staff perform installations in a brownfield site?
Yes, our team is highly trained and experienced in working around high-voltage electrical equipment and live substation environments, ensuring safe and efficient installations in brownfield sites.
